The purpose of the application is to convert an excel file with multiple sheets which has latitutde and longitudes as fields in them and need to be converted to a shapefile combining all sheets together.
The output for this is named as "pointxlsOUT.shp" in this project
1. Select a Excel file which has sheets  with fields such as longitude = "long",latitude = "lat".
2. Field storenum which you can see in the is used as a join field here.
3. Select the workspace where temporary files will be created.
4. Select the workspace for the shapefile to be created.

For the tool:

In the input parameters:

First input parameter is to select the excel sheet.
Second parameter is to select the workspace where the output file "pointxlsOUT.shp" will be created
